Take off one ring each night,

Before your mother turns out the light.

When every ring is taken away,

You’ll know tomorrow is Christmas Day!

Kindergarten is learning all about patterns this session. We created our own pattern and used it to count down the days left until Christmas.  Happy Holidays.

Kindergartner Class' topic of discussion is "recycling".  We invited Ms. Dee Dee Green, the Escambia County Recycling Coordinator, to speak to the class.  She brought blue cloth bags, T-shirts and various item to help stimulate learning of this valuable subject. 

The Kindergartners have placed recycle bins in five (5) Montclair teachers' classes.

In January 2010, the Kindergartner class is planning a trip to see Ms. Green at the landfill.  They are looking forward to this.
